Blended Coffee Recipes

Indruk maken met oogcontact
Oogcontact is een belangrijk deel van non verbale communicatie. Ik vind dit zelf een erg boeiend onderwerp en daarom wil ik er een beetje op in gaan. Deze non verbale communicatie vertelt de ontvanger namelijk een hoop over hoe je het bericht echt bedoelt of wilt laten lijken. Een goed voorbeeld hiervan is het kleine jongentje dat sorry moet zeggen tegen zijn moeder. Stel je voor hoe het kind voor zijn moeder staat. Helemaal beschaamd met zijn hoofd omlaag en een treurige blik op zijn gezicht. Maar andersom kan natuurlijk ook, dat hij kwaat kijkt en zijn moeder star in de ogen aankijkt. Waarschijnlijk zal de reactie van de moeder dan iets van ‘Je meent er niks van’ zijn.
De houding is dus erg belangrijk om je de emotionale en feitelijke karakterestieken van je message te vertellen. Ik vind het zelf erg leuk om hier een beetje mee te expirimenteren en zie vaak dat de manier van oogcontact erg verschilt. Daarom is ook mijn goude tip om er eens wat mee uit te proberen. Ik probeer zelf altijd om tijdens het uitzenden van het bericht en het aankijken van de ontvangende persoon echt te denken aan de manier waarop ik het bericht wil laten overkomen. Snap je het nog. Ik denk dus bijvoorbeeld zo gaan we het doen. Probeer het maar eens… veel plezier.
How to impress with eye contact?
Eye contact has a large influence on how you get your message across. I personally find this an interesting topic. This non-verbal communication tells the receiver of the message a lot. Just imagine a little child who has to say sorry to his mom.
Imagine his body gesture and probably his eyes looking at the floor. The gestures and eye contact give important social and emotional information.
I personally tried a bit with eye contact and tried to register what happened, it is hard to express those outcomes and that’s why you should try it out yourself.
What helps me personally is to thing about the way you want to come across when having eye contact. For instance if I want to impress my boss of my right I really imagine him to believe me and believe that im right. I believe that I get that message across.
Another example is when I meet a nice girl, I often keep the eye contact going until she stops looking. Look out don’t overdo it , don’t be a sicko. However it will show your confidence. Give it a try good luck!
How to improve your appearance
These are just a few tips that spice up your appearance. There are no big strings attached just useful tips that work.
- Shaving: What kind of razor do you use? Pay more attention to the stuff you buy. They differ a lot, try some out and experience the difference.
- The hair in your nose and ears: At some moment in life it will start to grow. Be aware of that and do something about, maybe you don’t recognize it yourself, believe me others do!!
- Scrub your face. Men are not really use to these things but it will give you a neat look. Why wait until everyone does is.
- Face skin moisturizers: Use these after you did the scrubbing. Just try, you’ll know what I mean.
- A tan is always nice, there are some self tan lotions out there that proved to be working quite well, just try them.
Why we sometimes say yes, but the answer is actually no!!
Here are some tips in how to say no.
Stick to what you had in mind before the situation occurred. You can write it down. This gives you a stronger bond with your wants. It is easier to stick to your course.
Do not try to do everything. Stand out at just a few things, rather than being just average at many.
It is your very right to say no. It will maybe even help you getting respect with others.
Be polite, but firm in saying no. Don’t make promises that’s not the alternative. Try to be condifent and be proud of that.
We say “yes” to others because we want to please them. But after we did so we often feel disappointed. Recognize this and be confident.
